Woodlands Camping Resort offers its campers many options. From full hook-up sites, seasonal sites, rental cabins and trailer, we can accommodate any camper’s need or preference. Our camping options combined with the many different amenities we offer make Woodland Camping Resort a must-stay location. We are open year round for transient camping. Make your reservation today!

Full Hook-up Sites	$70.00	N/A	$675.00 (Plus Electric)
A $675 security deposit, plus a $100 electric deposit is required for monthly reservations, and a valid credit card must be kept on file. No personal checks accepted. Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to scheduled arrival date or 1 night’s stay will be forfeited from the deposit. Monthly reservations cancelled after the 7 day cancellation timeframe, will forfeit one week’s rent from the deposit. Security deposits will be refunded by check within 2 weeks, upon satisfactory inspection of site after departure. All rates are based on a family of 4. Each additional person is $5.00 per night. Monthly sites are primarily for workers in the area. All others are based on availability. Proof of permanent residence and employment are required. 15% Active Military discount (cannot be combined with other discounts). All fee are charged one week prior to arrival date.

No pets in cabins
Cabin amenities include full size bed with mattress, set of bunk beds with mattresses, electricity, 1 fan, 1 window air conditioner, 1 small refrigerator, 1 picnic table, 1 fire ring, 1 charcoal barbecue grill, cold water spigot outside, 2 porch chairs, and a broom and dustpan. Cabins do NOT include any kitchen appliances (cooking not permitted in cabins), TV, radio, sheets, pillows, blankets, inside furniture, or closets.

Seasonal Sites
Seasonal site dates are from April 1st to October 31st and are $4,090.00 with payment plan. Prepayment discounts are available. Campers wishing to enter into a seasonal contract must submit a $60.00 non-refundable credit/criminal background check fee per person. Upon acceptance the following deposits must be paid: Refundable: $500.00 Security deposit $100.00 Utilities deposit (refundable as long as account has a zero balance) $20.00 per Gate Key (2 keys maximum) Non-refundable: $150.00 Propane (Optional, applies if you want propane.) $20.00 per Gate Key (if not returned at time of departure.)

You are encouraged to use the following form to inquire about reserving a campsite or cabin at Woodlands Camping Resort. Please complete this entire form prior to pressing the “Submit” button. Items marked with an asterisk (*) indicate required fields. Please understand that this is strictly a Reservation Request Form. You do not have an actual reservation until it has been confirmed, and a reservation cannot be confirmed until your credit card deposit has been processed and authorized. GIVING WOODLANDS CAMP RESORT THE CREDIT CARD INFORMATION, GIVES US YOUR PERMISSION TO CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD! For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards. Any cancellations made within the 8 days of the intended check-in date will be charged accordingly: Daily/Weekly renters will be charged 1 night. Monthly renters will be charged 1 week’s rate. If you need to confirm your reservation immediately or would like to make a reservation for an arrival within less than 48 hours, please call us during normal business hours. Our check-in time is 2:00 PM, and our check-out time is 12:00 noon.

Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Failure to do so will result in: Daily stay will forfeit one night’s fee from deposit/Monthly stay will forfeit 1 week’s fee from deposit.
